The Sturgis Road Campground is a great place to go during the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally or any of our enjoyable seasons in the Black Hills of South Dakota if you like biking, motorcycling, fishing, hunting or hiking. There are so many events to be enjoyed as part of the Sturgis Rally schedule. However, there is usually a certain amount of time that you may just want to kick back and relax. So what will you do during this time? There are plenty of amenities offered by the Sturgis Road Campground which will keep you busy during the evenings.

All of the lodging and camping areas offer pleasant picnic areas. Some areas include trees to provide shade, green grass, and picnic tables. If you want, you can have a barbecue with your friends every night of the Sturgis Rally. Once you’re done eating at the picnic area, you can hop up and head to the horseshoe pit to play a round or two or head up to the lounge for a beverage of your choice.

If you are the type that usually burns the food during a cookout, you also have the choice of going to our full service restaurant for a great meal that you won’t forget. The entire campground is centrally located to all areas of interest in the Black Hills or anywhere in western South Dakota.

If you have brought your kids along, they certainly won’t be bored. There is a pleasant kid’s playground on the campground which will give your children something to do while the grown-ups are admiring each others motorcycles or getting some sun.

And remember to bring your trucks. I'm sure you'll find time to take a dip in the pool.

Now don't forget the outdoor swimmin pool while you get in some relaxing. The Pool is open until midnight each night. The pool does not have a life guard so if you have kids along (under 17) remember they must have adult supervision at the pool when they are there.

Another great feature at the Sturgis Road Campground is the lounge. It is a large building for bikers or visitors to gather in and enjoy each other’s presence. It features a several large screen TV’s, video games, darts, a bar with a full assortment of liquor, beer, and wine, and a juke box. It’s a great place to unwind after a long day at the Sturgis Rally events or any other time.

When you think of camping out at the Sturgis Rally, you probably won’t have much time to sit around. That won’t be a problem while you stay with us because there is always plenty of activities to do.

Wireless internet is available in most of the Campground but please understand that there are a fewer week signal areas. The restaurant also has wireless internet available.
